Suzhou press manufacturers briefly describe various types of presses. Pressure machines belong to a traditional structural form of screw presses, and their main feature is that the flywheel is driven by a friction mechanism. The transmission chain of the press is composed of a primary belt drive, orthogonal disc friction drive, and a spiral slider mechanism.

The working principle of the press is that the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate in one direction (clockwise when viewed from the left side of the machine) through a V-belt, and the left and right friction discs installed on the transmission shaft of the press rotate together with the transmission shaft. When the down button of the press slide is pressed, the directional valve changes direction, and the control cylinder piston moves downward. The main shaft moves to the right along the axis through the lever system. The left friction plate presses the flywheel, and the press relies on friction to drive the flywheel to rotate (clockwise when viewed from above the machine). The spiral mechanism converts the circular motion of the flywheel into the linear motion of the slide. After the slider comes into contact with the workpiece through the mold, all the energy accumulated by the flywheel and slider during movement is released. The inertia moment of the flywheel is converted into the forging force of the slider on the workpiece through the screw mechanism. After one forging strike is completed, press the up button of the press slider to change the direction of the press valve, operate the press cylinder piston to move upward, and through the press lever system, the right friction plate of the press presses the flywheel. The press flywheel rotates in the opposite direction, and the press slider returns. When the press slider rises to the predetermined position, the press reversing valve changes direction, the reset spring restores the friction plate to the middle position, and the braking action stops the slider at the set position. At this point, one working cycle of the press is completed.

The working principle of Suzhou press varies depending on the type of press. Therefore, different types of press can be selected according to the type of press. If you are unsure how to choose, please come to Suzhou Zhengzhao Machinery Co., Ltd. We have staff to introduce and help you choose.

What are the popular types of press machines in the market? The two most commonly used types of press machines in press factories are hydraulic press machines and press machines. The overload protection system is composed of the press, slider hydraulic pad, gas supply pipeline, pressure oil pipeline, and micro switch electrical circuit, which can achieve the following functions: when the press is working normally, the slider hydraulic pad has a necessary pre pressure, when the press is overloaded, the press slider is urgently restrained, and when the pressure of the press slider hydraulic pad is less than the set pre pressure, the press slider cannot move. After the press is overloaded, it can be automatically restored to working condition by readjusting. There are also many problems in the production and manufacturing process of press machines, such as poor reliability of the head components of the press machine and short service life of the press machine; The machining accuracy of the parts can be ensured, and the heat treatment function remains unchanged; The quality of friction materials, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components is not directly related; Poor reliability, loud noise, and low efficiency of safety.
